The recent DI Board of Trustees election results have raised serious questions.
We, members of the DI community, request a thorough and impartial inquiry, by
an independent party, into the alleged recent voting irregularities and bylaws
violations.  If voting irregularities or bylaws violations are found, we request that
the Board of Trustees take immediate action to rectify the election situation
by having an official re-count or by calling for a new election so that the BoT
election is not only fair and honest, but is perceived to be fair and honest. 
Further, we ask that the findings of said inquiry be made available to members
of the interested public and that no new trustees be seated until the issues
surrounding this election are resolved to the satisfaction of the independent party.
